Photo Booth Booking Terms

These terms apply to reservations made through galaxymobiledj.com.

Reservation & deposit

A $100 deposit reserves your date, package and start time. The deposit is applied to your total. It is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Balance

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. We'll email an invoice with a secure payment link. Bookings made inside 14 days are due in full at booking.

Card on file & automatic balance payment

If you choose to save your card at checkout, you authorize Galaxy Mobile DJ & Photo Booth to charge the remaining balance to that card on the balance due date. We email a reminder 14 days before the event and again 3 days before the charge. You can pay early with a different card using the link in any booking email. Card details are stored by Square, not by us.

Changes & cancellation

You may change your package, hours or add-ons up to 14 days before the event; price differences are applied to the balance. Cancellations more than 30 days out forfeit only the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are billed at 50% of the total; within 7 days, in full.

Venue requirements

Please provide roughly 8x10 feet of level space, a standard 120V outlet within 25 feet, and cover from rain or direct sun for outdoor events. Access for load-in at least 60 minutes before the start time. Travel fees are applied by county as published on the site; parking or venue fees, if any, are passed through at cost.

Operation

Booth hours run continuously from the start time selected. Idle hours, if purchased, occur before the start time. Our attendant may pause service briefly for safety or equipment care.

Photos

Guests receive prints and digital copies; a private gallery is provided within 48 hours. We may use event photos in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing before the event.

Liability

Galaxy Mobile DJ & Photo Booth carries general liability insurance and can name your venue as additional insured on request. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Client is responsible for damage to equipment caused by guests.
