What we collect

When you request a quote, book a photo booth or chat with our assistant, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, event date and venue, and your messages. Payments are processed by Square (or Stripe); we never receive or store your card number. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors use the site.

How we use it

To respond to your request, deliver your event, send booking confirmations and reminders, and improve our services. We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers (payment processing, email delivery, AI assistant hosting) only as needed to operate the site.

Booking progress & leads

When you enter your contact details in the booking flow we save your selections so you can resume later and so we can follow up if you don't finish. We may also add your request to our customer relationship system (RemixCRM) to manage your event. Unfinished bookings are deleted after 12 months.

Card on file

If you choose to save your card for the balance, the card is stored by Square, our payment processor. We keep only the card brand, last four digits and a reference so we can charge the agreed balance on the due date. You can pay early with a different card at any time.

AI assistant

Questions you type into the assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply and may be reviewed by our team to improve answers. Do not enter card numbers or other sensitive data in the chat.

Security & retention

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). We never see or store full card numbers. IP addresses are stored only in hashed form for abuse prevention. Assistant conversation logs are kept 90 days. Booking records are kept for accounting purposes. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us.

We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site and booking will still work.
