Yes. Events on Monday through Thursday are automatically $50 off any photo booth package — no code needed. The discount is applied when you pick your date.
Yes. We schedule by time slot, not just by date. A booth is free again 2 hours after an event ends, so if there's a morning event the calendar will still show the afternoon and evening start times that are open.
Popular Saturdays in spring and fall book out 6 to 12 months ahead. Our calendar shows live availability, so if a date is open you can lock it in today. We can often accommodate events with as little as three days' notice.
Events on major holidays carry a per-booth holiday surcharge because of staffing: New Year's Eve and New Year's Day are $200, and other major holidays — Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas — are $100. It's shown on the calendar and added automatically when you pick the date. Holiday dates don't qualify for the weekday discount.

The deposit holds your date and is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date within 12 months at no charge subject to availability. Cancellations more than 30 days out owe nothing beyond the deposit.
Prints come out in about 10 seconds on our high-speed Mitsubishi printers. Guests can text or AirDrop their photos right from the booth over its own 5G connection, and you receive digital copies of every photo — we keep the files for two years so you can reprint anytime.
Yes. Our graduation audio package covers one side of a football field with 4 professional speakers and 2 Shure QLX wireless microphones, with an engineer on site for the ceremony. Middle school ceremonies are $899 and high school $1,299; add speakers ($150 each), extra sound zones ($200 each) or extra microphones ($100 each) at checkout. Schools can pay by invoice or PO.
No. School dances, proms, grad nights and graduation ceremonies can be booked online with no deposit — we reserve the date immediately and invoice the school or district, with our W-9 and certificate of insurance attached. Card payment is still available if you prefer.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event — we email a reminder and a secure link so you can pay online with any card, and we never charge a card automatically. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
